Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused data or services.
- Refund requests must be submitted via our support email.
- No Refunds for Policy Violations: Refunds are strictly not available for accounts banned due to violation of our Terms of Service, specifically regarding illegal activities (cracking, child exploitation, fraud, etc.).
