    Terms and conditions for using NoraProxies

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using NoraProxies services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Service Description

    NoraProxies provides proxy services including:

    • Residential proxy networks
    • Mobile proxy services
    • Datacenter proxy solutions
    • API access and documentation

    3. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the service:

    • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
    • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
    • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
    • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
    • To submit false or misleading information

    ⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy

    We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for the following activities. Engaging in any of these will result in an immediate, permanent ban without notice and no refund:

    • Child Exploitation: Any involvement with child pornography or exploitation of minors. We report all such activities to the NCMEC and relevant authorities immediately.
    • Cracking & Hacking: Unauthorized access to computer systems, brute-forcing, credential stuffing, or distributing cracking tools.
    • Dark Web/Illegal Marketplaces: Accessing or facilitating transactions on illegal dark web marketplaces.
    • DDoS/Cyber Attacks: Launching or participating in Denial of Service attacks.
    • Fraud & Carding: Credit card fraud, identity theft, or financial scams.

    4. Payment Terms

    Our pricing is based on usage and subscription plans:

    • Pay-as-you-go billing for data usage
    • Monthly subscription plans available
    • All payments are processed securely
    • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

    5. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall NoraProxies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
